Currently profiles that have photos will not load, they just stay stuck on a loading screen forever. Profiles without photos work fine, though. Please fix this! In general I'm happy there is an app. However, as mentioned by many others the usability is not in full bloom. No auto spelling or spell check.

The return button does not work, so no real formatting. The inability to view a profile at certain points is frustrating. Especially when you want to write personalized questions.

And that's just the app; as for the service, it's very expensive to join, you can't talk to anyone you're not matched to, and there's soooo many empty profiles profiles that have been inactive for years, no pic profiles, mute non-subscription profiles The app used to work, then slowly over the course of the last couple weeks more and more thing started breaking with it.

It takes for ever to open. If it does happen to open, it will list your matches but it fails to load if you click on someone to view their profile. Not sure what they "updated" but it seems to have broke it good. It used to work.

Keep getting about 15 duplicate notifications for every actual 1. Incredibly annoying. This would be a 4 star rating if it weren't for the bugs.

Reported them a week ago via email and never got a response. I would probably buy the service which is expensive if the bugs weren't there and their IT team cared. With the bugs, I'll have to uninstall Awesome app, if it would ever load. Only opens once every times it is clicked.

When I try to access website on my phone, it wont let me delete pics!! Was good now wont load match's when I try to look at them. So basically useless.
